This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Supono Holdings LTD ("we", "us", or "Company") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Where Is My Phone Alexa Skill (the “Skill”). By using the Skill, you agree to both this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Welcome to Where Is My Phone provided by Supono Holdings LTD. By enabling and using this Skill on your Amazon Alexa-enabled device, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Skill.

Your use of the Skill indicates your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; your continued use following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.


1. User Eligibility

By using this Skill, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. This Skill is intended for use only by individuals who are 18 years or older.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Skill, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Skill.

Your continued use of the Skill after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.


3. Description of the Skill

Ever lost your phone in the couch cushions or under a pile of papers? When your phone is silent and you can’t locate it, our Alexa Skill is here to help.

Setup and Verification: To set up your phone, simply say, "Alexa, where is my phone." You will be prompted to provide your mobile number. To verify your identity, we will send you a 4-digit code via text message or voice call, which you must provide to Alexa.

Usage: Once registered, you can locate your phone at any time by saying:

  • "Alexa, where is my phone"
  • "Alexa, launch where is my phone" followed by "where is my phone"

IMPORTANT: Only US cell numbers are supported. Landlines or numbers from other regions are not supported. We use one US-based outbound phone number (1.218.413.5629) for the service. To ensure you receive calls, please add this number to your contacts and adjust your device settings if necessary.


4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Alexa account and any linked devices.
  • You agree to use the Skill solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Skill.


5. Third-Party Services

This Skill relies on third-party services to perform its functions. In particular, we use Twilio for sending SMS messages and making phone calls. By using the Skill, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. Please review Twilio’s Terms of Service and Twilio’s Privacy Policy for further details.

These services are used solely to enable the functionality of the Skill and are not directly controlled by Supono Holdings LTD.


6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Skill:

  • Skill-Specific Information: Your phone number and a generated One-Time Password (OTP) used solely for verifying your identity and enabling the “find my phone” feature.
  • Payment Attribution Information: The minimal payment-related information provided by Amazon to determine your subscription status.

Your information is used exclusively for operating the Skill and is stored securely. When you are no longer active, we cease storing your data. We do not use your Personal Information for any purposes beyond providing and maintaining the Skill.


7. Your Content

Any information (“Content”) you provide via the Skill, such as your phone number, is your responsibility. By providing such Content, you grant Supono a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your Content solely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the Skill.

While you retain ownership of your Content, you acknowledge that Supono may use it as necessary to provide the service.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionalities of the Skill—including text, graphics, images, and software—are the exclusive property of Supono or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Skill solely for its intended purpose. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized use of our content will be considered a violation of these Terms.


9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Skill in any manner that:

  • Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Transmits unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional materials without our consent;
  • Disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of the Skill or its underlying systems;
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Skill or any related systems;
  • Engages in any conduct that could harm Supono, its users, or third parties.

Any misuse of the Skill may result in immediate termination of your access without notice.


10. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Termination

We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Skill to ensure compliance with these Terms. If, in our sole discretion, we determine that you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice.

In addition, we may disclose your identity or relevant information if required by law or if necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.


11. Linking and Social Media Features

You may link to our homepage provided such links do not imply any endorsement or association with Supono. The Skill may include social media features that allow you to share content; your use of these features is subject to these Terms and any additional guidelines.

Unauthorized use of our branding or social media functionalities is strictly prohibited.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Skill is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Supono disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Warranties of merchantability;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Non-infringement of intellectual property rights;
  • Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not guarantee that the Skill will operate error-free, securely, or continuously. Your use of the Skill is at your sole risk.


13. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Supono, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Skill—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed any fees paid by you (if applicable) for using the Skill.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supono and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Skill or your violation of these Terms.

This obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms.


15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Skill shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of an agreed-upon arbitration provider (e.g., JAMS).

  • All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis; class or collective actions are not permitted.
  • If you are a new user, you may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us at support@suponoholdings.com within thirty (30) days of your first use of the Skill.
  • The arbitration shall be conducted in the U.S. county where you reside or in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Notwithstanding the arbitration process, nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.


16. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and that you waive your right to participate in any class action, collective, or representative proceeding, as well as your right to a trial by jury.

This waiver applies regardless of the legal theory under which any claim is brought.


17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware or, where applicable, in San Francisco, California.

You hereby waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.


18. Changes to These Terms

Supono reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the Skill. Your continued use of the Skill after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.


19. Waiver, Severability, and Entire Agreement

No failure or delay by Supono in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional legal notices on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Supono regarding your use of the Skill.

  • Notices: All communications from Supono under these Terms will be sent via email or through the Skill.
  • No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties involved and do not confer any rights on third parties.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent; any unauthorized assignment is void.
  • Severability: If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
